CLAS is co-sponsoring a talk by Ted Clugston, the mayor of Medicine Hat. He adopted the Housing First model to assist his city’s homeless population and has become a significant proponent of that approach after initially being skeptical of it. Mayor Clugston will be presenting in Vancouver, Abbotsford, and through a province-wide webinar.
