Faith brings more than 30 years’ experience in three provinces as part the Community Living movement, working locally, provincially, nationally and internationally. Beginning her career in Lloydminster in the 1980’s, doing grassroots advocacy, she has worked with families and community based agencies to advance full citizenship for people with intellectual disabilities.
Prior to coming to BC, Faith was Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Association for Community Living for 7 years. For the past 9 years, Faith has been the Executive Director of Inclusion BC, formerly the BC Association for Community Living. As a leader who is committed to full inclusion and human rights for people with intellectual disabilities, Faith has led and contributed to many successful community coalitions, campaigns and activities that have brought about positive and progressive changes in programs and policy for people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
